Terms

The short version: we list and we connect. The deal, the work, and the money are between the business and the creator.

Last changed on October 17, 2026.

1. What Hoodiechamp is

Hoodiechamp is a place where a business posts a brief and creators answer with a price. We list briefs and creator profiles, and we connect a business with the creators it picks.

That is all we do. We are not an agency, an employer, an agent, or a party to any deal made here.

2. The deal is between the business and the creator

When a business picks a creator, the two of them make a deal with each other. They agree on the details, the files, the dates, and the payment, outside Hoodiechamp.

We do not hold money and we do not move files. We do not check the work, promise its quality, or promise that it arrives. We do not promise that a business pays or that a creator delivers.

A disagreement about a deal, the work, the payment, or the use of the videos is between the business and the creator. We do not settle it and we are not responsible for it.

3. What you are responsible for

What you post is yours, and it must be true: your brief, your profile, your audience numbers, your videos, your reviews.

A business answers for its product, its advertising claims, and the way it uses the videos. A creator answers for the work they deliver and for the rights to everything in it.

You follow the law of your country, including the rules for advertising and for taxes on what you earn or pay.

4. Your account

One account is one role: a business or a creator. A person approves every creator before they can answer a brief. We can refuse or remove an account that breaks these terms, lies, or harms other people here.

You must be 18 or older.

5. Reviews and the champ card

Only a business that picked a creator and confirmed the work can review it. A review must be honest and about the work.

A creator can post a card that names the business that picked them, only when the business agreed to it at the pick, and after the business confirmed the work.

A business that turned its public page on shows there the creators it finished a job with, as its hoodiechamps.

6. Reports

You can report a brief, a creator, or a review that breaks these terms. A person reads every report. We can remove content or an account. We do not act as a judge between a business and a creator.

7. Fair play

A pick is a promise. The business pays the price it picked, and the creator delivers the work they offered. Either one can cancel a pick, with a reason, until the work is delivered.

Confirm the work only after you paid for it. A business that confirms work it did not pay for breaks these terms. Confirm a delivery, or report a problem, in 14 days. After that a business can not pick another creator until it does.

Do not use the work before you paid for it. Do not ask for free work as a test. Do not post a review of a job that did not happen.

We can remove an account that cancels picks again and again, does not pay, or does not deliver. A creator who was not paid, or a business that got no work, can report it.

8. Advice for creators on getting paid

This is advice, not a rule. We do not hold the money, so we can not get it back for you.

Deliver a preview first: a version with a watermark, or in low quality. Send the final files when the money arrives.

For a large job, ask for a part of the price before you start. Keep the deal email: it states the price, the date, and the use of the videos.

9. The record of a job

We keep a record of each job: the proposal, the notes, the pick, a cancelled pick and its reason, the delivery and its links, the confirmation, and the review, each with its time. The two people of the job can read it and print it.

The record shows what was done on Hoodiechamp. It is not proof that money moved, because we never see the money. "Confirmed" means the business said the work is done and that it paid.

10. The price

Creators pay nothing.

Picking is free during launch. You pick a creator, and the pick is made right away.

11. What we promise, and the limit of what we owe

We work to keep Hoodiechamp up and running, and we do our best to connect each business with the creators who fit its brief.

What we can not guarantee is the result: that a business finds the creator it wants, or that a creator wins a job. That depends on the two of them.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for a loss that comes from a deal, from the work, from a payment, or from what another person does here. Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you that can not be taken away.

12. Changes

We can change these terms. When a change matters, we tell you by email before it applies.
